Bride’s death: Parents seek justice and meet Police officials in Hyderabad

Hyderabad Jan 05: A 45-days bride (Firdous Begum), who was found dead in her law’s house at Ismail Nagar in the old city of Hyderabad. On Tuesday, Firdous Begums’ parents met DCP, South Zone seeking immediate action against the accused who are reportedly involved in her daughter’s death.

Syed Jehangir (father) and Shabana Begum (Mother) of Firdous Begum met Deputy Commissioner of Police (South Zone) and requested him for strict action in death of her daughter.

It may be mentioned here that Firdous Begum was found dead in her in-laws house in Ismail Nagar, Bandlaguda in the old city of Hyderabad after 45 days of her marriage.

After her death the Chandrayangutta Police issued a FIR No: 627/2020 U/s 304-B, 498-A r/w 34 IPC, 3 & 4 DP Act and arrested her husband Mohammed Iqbal, Rabia Begum, Mohammed Jaan and Munni Begum and remanded them.

Firdouse Begum parents alleged that the more five family members are still at large and not been arrested and brought to the notice that inspite of Chandrayangutta Police locking the house and putting the seal some family members of the accused has broken the lock and took away some two wheelers and material from the house and requested the DCP SZ to file chargesheet within 90 days as if the accused get bail they may ran away as they are from Haryana.
