Delhi High Court decided to hear important cases only due increasing Covid Cases.
The impact of the rising Corona case in the country's capital is now beginning to have an impact on the functioning of the court.
Due to increasing cases of corona infection, the Delhi High Court has decided to hear only important cases. From April 19, only those very important cases will be heard by the High Court which have been filed in 2021.
The court order states that all other pending or non-urgent cases filed between 22nd March 2020 and 31st December 2020 should not be taken up for hearing in the court.
