Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva of Delhi High Court said, ‘This is a private app. Do not join it. It is voluntary, do not accept it. Use some other app.

‘ The court said that even ‘Google Maps’ collects all your data.

The court said that the matter needs to be discussed, hence the matter will be listed for hearing on 25 January due to lack of time on Monday.

The central government also agreed with the court that an analysis of the case is needed. A lawyer has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court against the implementation of the privacy policy of WhatsApp.

The petition states that it is against the fundamental right given by the Constitution
