Delhi Police has detained 200 people in connection with spreading violence in the capital on Republic Day.

Police have registered an FIR in the case of violence on Red Fort in the capital, yesterday.

Delhi Police said that 200 people have been arrested in connection with the violence on 26 January in Delhi. All these will soon be arrested in the respective sections.

Along with this, Delhi Police has registered an FIR against 9 farmer leaders including Yogendra Yadav.

Other farmer leaders whose names have been included in the FIR by the Delhi Police are Darshan Pal, Rajinder Singh, Balbir Singh Rajewal, Buta Singh Burjgil and Joginder Singh Ugraha.

All of them have been accused of violating the NOC given during the tractor rally. Along with this, an FIR has also been registered on Rakesh Tikait of Bhartiya Kisan Union.
