Noida Police has registered a case against many people including Congress leader Shashi Tharoor for spreading false news on Republic Day violance in Delhi.

The Noida police has registered an FIR against Rajdeep Sardesai, Shashi Tharoor, Mrinal Pandey and other accused at Sector 20 police station for spreading false news.

They have been charged under sections 153A, 153B, 295A of IPC.

The Delhi Police’s Special Cell will investigate this case.
The cases have been registered against Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, journalist Rajdeep Sardesai, journalist Mrinal Pandey, journalist Zafar Agha, Pareshnath, Anantnath, Vinod’s passion and an unknown.

Investigations have been initiated against 7 nominees and one unknown.
