The FIR against Yuvraj Singh has been made by the Haryana Police in the case of abusive and derogatory remarks made to the Dalit society in the year 2020. Yuvraj Singh is accused of making vulgar remarks on Dalit society during an Instagram Live in 2020. Hansi police station of Hisar, Haryana has registered a case against Yuvraj Singh under SC-ST Act.
Yuvraj Singh made a ‘racist comment’ during Instagram Live in June 2020. Eight months later, the Haryana Police has registered a case against Yuvraj Singh.
Police have registered an FIR against Yuvraj under Sections 153, 153A, 295, 505 of the IPC under Sections 3 (1) (r) and 3 (1) of the SC / ST Act. The FIR has been made against Yuvraj Singh by a lawyer from Hisar.
