Hyderabad: Brawl breaks out over number of chicken pieces in biryani

Hyderabad: A customer was allegedly attacked by the management of a hotel at Mailardevpally following a row over less chicken pieces in biryani on Wednesday evening.
According to the police, a couple of friends had gone to Mehfil Hotel at Mailardevpally main road and ordered biryani. However, when they found that there were very few chicken pieces in the dish, they picked up an argument with the management resulting in a brawl. The manager and the customer attacked each other at the hotel. Later, others joined in and thrashed the customer.
On information, the Mailardevpally police reached the spot and dispersed the gathering.
The police have booked two cases against the customer and the manager of the hotel.
