India is steadily advancing in the fight against Coronavirus. Two corona virus vaccines have been approved in India and are being applied to the people. Now,India is preparing to introduce a third vaccine.
Adar Poonawalla,Chief of Serum Institute of India has announced that his company may launch a second corona virus vaccine in June this year. He said that if this vaccine is approved, it will be the third vaccine in the country.
Poonawalla also said that the serum institute is trialing the Novavax vaccine and the result is effective.
In a tweet on Twitter, Poonawala said that our partnership with Novavax has been very good and it has given very good results. We have applied for its trial in India. It is expected to be launched by June 2021.
