The Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry released data related to the corona virus on Monday, stating that 9,489 Corona infected patients have recovered within the last 24 hours, while 90 patients have died. With these new figures, the total number of corona virus cases in the country has increased to 1,09,16,589 and the number of deaths to 1,55,732. At the same time, 1,06,21,220 patients of corona virus have been cured in different states of the country.
According to the Union Health Ministry, after a large number of corona virus patients are cured, there are currently 1,39,637 active cases in the country. The Ministry of Health recently said during its press conference that the highest number of cases of corona virus are currently being found in Kerala and Maharashtra. On Sunday, 4092 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Maharashtra, while 40 people died. With these new patients, total cases of corona virus infection in Maharashtra have increased to 20,64,278.
