INDIA WON BRISBANE TEST AND RETAINS BORDER-GAVASKAR TROPHY

On the last day of the Brisbane Test, India defeated Australia by 3 wickets and won the Test .

On the final day of Brisbane test, India chased Australia’s target of 328 runs by scoring 329 runs on the loss of 7 wickets.

Opener Shubham Gill scored 91 and Rishabh Pant remained unbeaten scoring 87 runs. Rishabh Pant was given the Man of the Match award for this Test and Australian Fast bowler Pat Cummins was awarded Man of the series.

With this win, India has bagged the series 2–1 and created history.
Previously,Australia had not lost in Brisbane for 33 years.After defeating Australia at the venue,India ends the Australian streak and established their reign.

With this series win, India retains Border-Gavaskar Trophy
