It is not necessary that every citizen of the country should be given Covid vaccine : Union Health Minister

Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan on Friday responded to all rumours, doubts and apprehensions related to the corona virus vaccine during the Question Hour in the Lok Sabha.

Presently, the second week of the second phase of the Parliament budget session is going on. Meanwhile, Health Minister Harsh Vardhan said in the Lok Sabha, “There is no need to get into any misconception about the Covid-19 vaccine. Do not keep any kind of confusion about the vaccine in your mind. The vaccine is completely safe.” He also said that the people of the country should have no doubt about the corona vaccine. Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that the vaccine is being used in a scientific way in the country, in which there is no any kind of risk.

NCP MP Supriya Sule questioned the government’s plan to introduce the Corona vaccine to everyone in the country during the Question Hour in the Lok Sabha. In response to Supriya Sule’s supplementary question, Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan said, “Not every vaccine needs to be included in global vaccination. Many times, the priority is given to the vaccine categories based on the need. ” However, he said that in the coming years the vaccination campaign in India will be further enhanced.

Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan said, “Scientifically it is not necessary that every person in the country should be given a vaccine. Neither will every person around the world be vaccinated. Choosing a preference for a vaccine dose is a dynamic process. The nature of the corona virus is also dynamic. So everything is based on scientific facts, investigations and the overall scientific and health community’s vision, as decided by the experts by looking at the current situation, the vaccination campaign will work on the same lines. ”
