KAMAL HAASAN’S PARTY REGAINED THEIR ELECTION SYMBOL

As Tamil Nadu Assembly elections to take place this year, Tamil film industry veteran actor Kamal Haasan’s party Maukkal Nidhi Mayyam(MNM) is all set to take part in the upcoming polls.

Meanwhile, previously he suffered a setback where the Election Commission withdrew his party’s election symbol ‘Battery Torch’, after a long battle on friday Kamal Haasan regained it.

Kamal Haasan’s party posted a video message on social media, In which Kamal Haasan stated that MNM has got back their election symbol(battery flashlight).

In upcoming assembly polls party will field their candidates in 234 assembly constituencies of Tamil Nadu with the symbol.

He further said that the mark became even more special as it was returned to the party on the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr, who had fought a long battle for the exploited class. He also thanked the Election Commission.
