Kavita’s letter to CBI. She will not be able to appear for the hearing tomorrow

HYDERABAD: TRS member Legislative Council Kavita told CBI that she will not be able to attend the hearing on Tuesday in connection with the probe into the Delhi liquor case. He sent a letter to CBI officials in this regard. Kavita said that she would not be able to attend due to pre-scheduled events. He said that they will be available on 11th, 12th, 14th and 15th of this month.

It may be noted that Kavita had requested the CBI to provide copies of the complaint and FIR filed by the Central Home Department in the liquor case. The BI officials told them through email that there is a copy of the FIR on the website. Kavita responded by writing to the CBI again and told them to check the copy of the FIR on the CBI website, it does not have my name, but they are ready to cooperate in the investigation. Kavita had already said that the CBI had called her not for questioning but for an explanation.
