PM Modi Addressed NCC Program in Delhi

Addressing NCC cadets on this special occasion, PM Modi said ,”the whole world is watching your hard work, you are the pride of the country, but I just want to say that even after NCC, this sense of discipline should stay with you, because discipline will take you to the peak of progress.Where gallantry and service is being extended to the Indian tradition, NCC cadets are seen there. The manner in which lakhs of cadets have worked closely with the administration, society throughout the country in the entire period of Corona is laudable. It is the duty of everyone to fulfill the civil duties that have been said in our constitution. Truth be told, your efforts give courage and confidence is strengthened.”

On this occasion, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Chief of Defense Staff Bipin Rawat, Chief of the three Services are also present. NCC aims to develop the ideals of character building, discipline, secular attitude, spirit of courage and volunteering among the youth. It is known that shortly after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the National Cadet Corps expansion, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh On Saturday approved a proposal to expand the scope of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) to 173 border and coastal districts, under which one lakh new cadets will be recruited.
