This was not just an incident of setting fire to the police station, Chauri Chaura’s message was very big and widespread. Whenever Chauri-Chaura was talked about for many reasons, it was seen only in the context of a minor arson, but in what circumstances the arson happened, what was the reason, it is equally important.
The fire was not just in the police station, the fire had ignited in the hearts of the people. The place which is being linked to the historical struggle of Chauri-Chaura is in the history of the country today, it is commendable.”

An effort has been made to link these programs of Chauri Chaura century with local arts, culture and self-reliance. These efforts will also be a tribute to our freedom fighters.”
