Pulse polio vaccination to begin from 31st January

Pulse polio vaccination campaign will be launched across the country on January 31.President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, today started the campaign by giving two drops of polio vaccine to some children with his hands in Rashtrapati Bhavan.

On 31st January, polio vaccine will be given to the children below 5 years at polio booths.On 1st and 2nd February, there will be a door to door anti-polio vaccine drive for remaining children.

According to the reports, during the polio campaign i.e. from 31 January to 2 February, the corona vaccination campaign will be stopped.

National Immunization Day was scheduled to start across the country from January 17, but due to the Corona vaccination campaign that began on January 16, it was postponed.
