SERUM INSTITUTE OF INDIA TO PROVIDE 1 CRORE FREE COVID VACCINE DOSES TO THE COUNTRY

So far more than three lakh people have been vaccinated.

Meanwhile, news is coming through sources that the Serum Institute of India has promised to provide 1 crore free vaccine doses to the country.

This vaccine dose will be provided by the Serum Institute COVAX.
According to the information, Adar Poonawala, CEO of Serum Institute has said that companies need to be protected in times of adverse circumstances regarding the vaccine.

According to the Serum Institute, 1.1 crore doses which was bought by government have been supplied.

The company currently has 5.3 crore vaccine doses. These have been cleared by the Central Drug Lab. Of these, about 2.5 crore doses will be exported, while 2.5 crore doses are allotted to India.
