Steam tinkering lab set up at MS Future School Millipally. Students are enthusiastically inclined to undertake basic science projects

Hyderabad. December 5/ Syed Aleemuddin is a student of MS Future School, Milepally. A fortnight ago, Aleemuddin was introduced to the Steam Tinkering Lab set up in his school and was encouraged to carry out basic science projects related to modern technology through this lab. Aleemuddin is currently working on a project to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. Aleem believes that every moment he spends in the lab is a learning opportunity. Syed Aleem Muhammad Ibrahim, an enthusiastic student like Uddin, said that whatever I am learning here, I will use this knowledge to invent technology that will be useful for the people. From November 21, this lab has been opened for students, in which two batches of 30 students have been provided an opportunity to participate in scientific engagement.

With the aim of adapting the students of the school to modern technologies, this lab established at MS Future School Millipally was inaugurated on October 17. Now the ‘Stem Tinkering and Innovation Lab’ has become complete and students Enthusiastically participating in the scientific projects presented by him.

Dr. Muhammad Muazzam Hussain, senior director of the academy, played an important role in making the establishment of the ‘Stem Tinkering and Innovation Lab’ a reality. Muazzam Hussain expressed his happiness to see the students engaged in scientific projects in the STEM Lab. Explaining the purpose of establishing this lab, Muhammed Muazzam Hussain said that the STEM i.e. Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Tinker Lab is a sustainable and modern in children. Designed to develop skill sets to provide them with access to multiple technologies and enable them to learn to solve challenges in society.

Along with curricular education, the purpose of setting up STEAM Tinkering Lab is to develop curiosity, creativity and imagination in the minds of the youth and develop skills like design mindset, computational thinking, adaptive learning, physical computing etc. This lab provides students with the facility to do 2000 projects on their own besides learning 200 basic concepts of electrical electronics, computer science and robotics. Students from class 5 to class 10 are being provided an opportunity to use this lab.

MS Education academy management has decided to introduce the labs in 7 more schools this year, including three in New Delhi, three in Mumbai and one in Nagpur, where tinkering labs have been set up. will go . Whereas steam tinkering labs will be introduced in most schools of Hyderabad from the new academic year.
