Lawyer Vikas Singh said, “I have been saying this for a long time that he (Siddharth Pithani) should be arrested. The reason for this is that Jah Riya Chakraborty (Sushant’s girlfriend) had left Sushant’s house, so it was Pithani, who was with Sushant all day. He had opened Sushant’s room on the day of the incident, had called the key person, landed Sushant’s body. So he is very important in this case, Murder or abetment to suicide, definitely Pithani’s. So far, the CBI has not filed the charge sheet, Vikas Singh has said, “The CBI will not want to be in hurry in filing the charge sheet or filing anything, so that the questions will be raised on the contrary.
