T-CJ Hima Kohli takes charge of office Becomes first woman Chief Justice of Telangana High Court

Hyderabad Jan 07: Justice Hima Kohli became the first woman Chief Justice of Telangana High Court on Thursday.
She was administered the oath of office by State Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan at Raj Bhavan.
The oath ceremony was attended by Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, High Court judges, senior officials, and other dignitaries.

Prior to this, Justice Hima Kohli served as a senior Judge of the Delhi High court who was elevated as the Chief Justice of Telangana High Court.
