The Covid-19 vaccination for 45 years and above age people to begin from 1st April.

The third phase of the vaccination campaign on a war-footing across the country against the corona virus epidemic will begin from April 1, 2021.

In this phase, the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine will be given to those who are 45 years of age or older. In the first phase Corona Warriors, front line workers and in the second phase people above 60 years of age were being given dose of Covid-19 Vaccine. However, the vaccine was also being given to those who were above 45 years of age and were suffering from serious illness.
The campaign to give Covid-19 vaccine to all people above the age of 45 (healthy and unhealthy) will start from April 1 across the country. Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan gave this information on Tuesday. To get the vaccine dose, he said that the booking or registering in advance can be done by visiting the website cowin.gov.in. If no one can apply online, they can visit their nearest vaccination center after 3 pm for on-site registration.
