Rajya Sabha Chairman Venkaiah Naidu has called a meeting of the leaders of the house at his residence ahead of the upcoming budget session.

Venkaiah Naidu will convey this meeting of the leaders of the House on January 31 at his residence.
Actually, the country’s general budget will be presented on 1 February.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is going to present the country’s general budget at a time when the country has been facing crisis like the Corona epidemic and the country’s economy has suffered a major setback.

In such a situation, it is expected that in this time budget, major steps will be taken to bail out the economy of the country.

The budget session is going to start from January 29, while on February 1, the general budget for the financial year 2021-22 will be presented. The budget session will run in both the houses of Parliament till 8th April.

The first phase of the budget session will run from 29 January to 15 February, while the second phase of the budget session will run from 8th March to 8th April. Corona test will be conducted for all members of Parliament The budget session is going to start from January 29, while on February 1, the general budget for the financial year 2021-22 will be presented. The budget session will run in both the houses of Parliament till 8 April.
