Lucknow – December 8 BJP hoisted the saffron flag in the political stronghold of Azam Khan after winning the by-election of Rampur Assembly Constituency of Uttar Pradesh. Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Akash Saxena defeated Azam’s close associate Asim Raza. Akash Saxena is the son of former BJP MLA Shiv Bahadur Saxena.
