Andhra Pradesh: Woman brutally murders relative, reaches police station with severed head packed in polythene

After inviting Vasundhara (35) to lunch, Subbamma and her relatives brutally killed her. She then severed the victim's head and travelled to the Rayachoti police station, some six kilometres away, to surrender with the severed head.

Rayachoti: In yet another horrific incident, a woman from Andhra Pradesh’s Rayachoti allegedly brutally murdered her sister’s daughter-in-law and went to the police station with her severed head packed in a polythene bag.
After inviting Vasundhara (35) to lunch, Subbamma and her relatives brutally killed her. She then severed the victim’s head and travelled to the Rayachoti police station, some six kilometres away, to surrender with the severed head, news agency IANS reported.
The officers were baffled when they saw the woman arrive at the station with the severed head in a plastic bag. The horrible crime shocked the entire community.
Police went to the murder site and sent the torso and severed head to a government hospital for postmortem.
Domestic issues and a property dispute are suspected to have led to the heinous murder.
According to a police officer, they have filed a complaint and are attempting to locate and apprehend the others engaged in the crime.
