In the 26 January tractor parade violence, Delhi Police arrested another accused Iqbal Singh for inciting violence. Earlier, Delhi Police arrested Punjabi actor Deep Sidhu in the same case.
The Delhi Police had announced a reward of Rs 50,000 for the person giving information about Iqbal and three other people associated with this violence. Iqbal was detained from Hoshiarpur in Punjab last night.
Earlier on Tuesday, Delhi Police arrested Deep Sidhu, another accused of violence at the Red Fort, who has been sent to seven days police custody. Sidhu was seen inciting violence at the Red Fort in a video.
Sidhu was arrested by a campaign led by DCP Sanjeev Yadav of Delhi Police from Zirakpur in Chandigarh. He was in touch with his female friend living in California, through which he posted videos on his Facebook account.
