Jaipur: The horrific daylight murder of a tailor has pushed Rajasthan’s Udaipur on edge. With a video of the murder being widely circulated on social media, internet has been suspended, shops shut and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has appealed for peace.

  9. “I appeal to everyone not to spoil the atmosphere by sharing the video of this incident. By sharing the video, the criminal’s purpose of spreading hatred in the society will be successful,” Mr Gehlot added.
  10. “I have spoken to the Chief Minister, the Superintendent of police and asked that arrests be made as soon as possible so the anger simmers down,” said opposition leader Gulab Chand Kataria.
