Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh said that the way violence has been done by farmers in Delhi is not acceptable in any way.

He said that the scenes that are coming out in Delhi are surprising. With this, CM Amarinder appealed to the farmers to evacuate Delhi and go back to the borders.
Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh tweeted that “shocking scenes in Delhi, violence by some elements is unacceptable. It will negate the goodwill generated by farmers protesting peacefully.

Farmer leaders have isolated themselves and tractor rally has been canceled. I urge all genuine farmers to evacuate Delhi and return to the borders. “

Seeing the violence in Delhi, Chief Minister Amarinder Singh has also ordered a high alert in Punjab.

He has ordered DGP Dinkar Gupta that there should be no violence in the state and the law and order should be upheld. Concerning the seriousness of the situation, the Chief Minister said that the violence in the peasant movement was definitely sponsored by some people.

These same people also violated the rules of the tractor march, drawn by mutual agreement between the Delhi Police and farmer organizations. It is very unfortunate that these miscreants hurt the spirit of peaceful movement of farmers.

Captain Amarinder Singh strongly condemned the violent incidents at Delhi’s historic Red Fort and some places in the capital.
