India is no longer a democratic country: Rahul Gandhi.

Congress MP from Wayanad, Kerala, Rahul Gandhi has shared the Democracy Report of Sweden Institute on Twitter. The Sweden Institute has said in its report that India is currently an autocratic country like the neighboring country of Pakistan. At the same time, other neighboring Bangladesh has more democratic system than India at this time. Sharing this report, Rahul has said that India is no longer a democratic country.

In the report that Rahul has shared, V-Democracy has been quoted as saying that India has now come on the list of countries with ‘electoral autocracy’. The report said that India is as autocratic as Pakistan in terms of censorship. The situation is better in its neighboring countries, Bangladesh and Nepal.
