Although the maximum number of cases are currently being found in some states including Maharashtra, but in other states too, strictness has been increased regarding the corona virus rules.
On Saturday, the Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry said that 16,488 new cases of corona virus have been reported in the country in the last one day, while 113 patients have died during this period. After receiving new patients, the total cases of corona virus infection in the country has increased to 1,10,79,979.
According to the Ministry of Health, 12,771 patients of corona virus have been cured during the last 24 hours, after which the total number of patients recovered has increased to 1,07,63,451. Now, there are only 1,59,590 active cases of corona virus left in the country. Apart from this, people are also being vaccinated under the first phase of the corona virus vaccination campaign in different states. The Health Ministry said that so far 1,42,42,547 people have been given the Corona virus vaccine.
