MAMTA BANERJEE TO CONTEST FROM NANDIGRAM CONSYITUENCY IN UPCOMING ASSEMBLY POLLS

On Monday, West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee held an election meeting in Nandigram.

Addressing to the meeting Mamta Banerjee said that this time too TMC government will be formed in West Bengal and TMC will get more than 200 seats.

Mamta said, Nandigram has given her a lot, even as she started her election journey from Nandigram in 2016,she feels that Nandigram is lucky for her. So she wants to contest upcoming polls from Nandigram assembly seat.

She has said that apart from Nandigram, she will also contest from her traditional seat Bhawanipur. Mamta Banerjee also criticized Suvendu Adhikari, who went to BJP from TMC .

Mamta Banerjee said, ‘I remember those days, so I don’t want knowledge from anyone, who started the Nandigram movement, we all know.’
She also said that today farmers are also agitating and BJP should immediately withdraw all three agricultural laws.
