Muslim cleric arrested for allegedly collecting money from cancer patient
According to the viral video on social media,a cancer patient from old city of Hyderabad,Jameel Siddiqui states that Seerat Un Nabi Academy chairman
Ali Quadri has taken 2 lakhs rupees from him promising to provide financial aid from CM relief fund. Siddiqui also said that he has given the amount in the past November, where Quadri promised him that the amount of the CM relief fund will be released with in 4 days through CM KCR’s secretary Santosh.
On Tuesday,sleuths of Commissioner’s task force arrested Ali Quadri and put up the investigation.
As per the police, Quadri reportedly collected cash and failed to provide relief to the cancer patient upon which a case under IPC section 420 (Cheating) and 406 (Criminal Breach of Trust) has been registered by the Banjara Hills police station.
