Supreme court withdraws their recommendation of making Justice Pushpa Ganediwala as permanent judge of Bombay High Court

According to sources, a three-member collegium of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of India SA Bobde recommended Justice Pushpa V Ganediwala as a permanent judge of the Bombay High Court, but both her decisions on POCSO Acts were fiercely disputed and faced severe criticism on social media, after this, the collegium has cancelled the proposal and now,Justice Ganediwala will work temporarily.
