The Central government to bring law to control social media .

Ram Madhav, senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party, has given this information on Sunday.

He has said that control over social media is very important because it has become very powerful and is also becoming a threat to democracy. Even a government can drop by social media in today’s time. In such a situation, the government will bring a law to regulate it, on which work is going on.

Speaking on the occasion of the release of his book ‘Bikos India Comes First’, Ram Madhav said, “Today democracy is under stress and facing many challenges due to the emergence of non-political forces. At the same time, social media has become so powerful today that it can topple governments, create chaos and pose a threat to democracy. In such a situation, there is a need to find a solution to deal with it in the constitutional framework.”

The BJP leader also said that the regulation of social media is not very easy as it is beyond the limits but a solution has to be found for it. Madhava said, “we need new rules to deal and manage the threats posed due to uncontrolled social media as the existing laws are not sufficient to deal with it.”
Madhav also said that the government is already working towards regulating social media.

Ram Madhav told about his new book ‘Bikos India Comes First’ that he has written about his observations on many decisions of the Narendra Modi government. The government has not yet received a response to statement made by Ram Madhav on social media.
